Frequently Asked Questions

  • We’re based in Orlando, Florida — but since our practice is fully virtual, we can see patients anywhere in the state. From Pensacola to Key West (and everywhere in between), we serve clients across all of Florida.

  • Yes — our practice focuses on the evaluation, diagnosis, and management of mental health conditions through psychotropic medication management.

  • While we incorporate psychotherapy into our visits, many of our patients also work with a therapist for more in-depth or specialized therapy. We collaborate closely with a trusted network of therapists and are happy to provide recommendations.

  • We currently accept self-pay patients and are in the process of becoming credentialed with multiple large insurance providers. We’ll update our patients once we’re ready to begin accepting these insurance plans.

If you have a different insurance provider, many plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network services. We’re happy to provide the necessary documentation (a “superbill”) for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

  • Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected situations arise. However, because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the full visit fee. Patients who have three or more late cancellations or missed appointments may be discharged from the practice.
